You can log in from any page of the site at the top right corner. Some functions on the site require you to be logged on in order to use them, including the Tax-Free Club membership, using saved addresses and viewing previous orders.

Yes. When you login, select the "My Account." Click on the link "View My Order List" to view previous orders. Simply select the "Reorder Items" button to have the items added to your cart and begin the checkout process.

No. We accept orders of all sizes; no minimum amount required.

On the Checkout page, you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information. If you have an account, the address you entered when you created your account will be used as a default address. To change the shipping address, simply select "Change" under the shipping information and input the address you would like your items shipped to.

After selecting the quantity and color of the product you would like to purchase, Step 4 prompts you to either submit your art later or to upload your artwork and approve the virtual proof. The virtual proof on the website is for placement of your logo or artwork only. If you have difficulty uploading your artwork, you can email it to info@successpromos.com. Our team will then create a virtual sample showing how your logo or artwork will look on the item you are interested in. If you are not happy with how it looks, we revise it until it looks exactly how you want at no charge.

Before you add an item to your cart, you are prompted to choose you delivery preference. You will do this for each item you purchase.

Sales tax is a retail point-of-purchase tax imposed by state and/or local governments paid by the purchaser for goods. Copyrighted or trademarked material must belong to you. If it does not belong to you, you would need to obtain written permission of the owner to reproduce it. When you submit your order, you are warranting that your artwork does not infringe on any rights of any third party. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproductions of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights.

We prefer the following formats. However, if your artwork is not in one of these formats, we may be able to help convert it to one of the following. Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps) Adobe Photoshop files (.psd) Rasterized images meeting 300-600 dpi minimum requirement (.jpg, .png, .tiff) All full color artwork should meet our minimum resolution requirement of at least 300 dpi All fonts/text must be included with your file or converted to outlines.
