Imprint Methods

About Us

Screen Print

Screen print is a popular printing process used to decorate bags, t-shirts and other wearables. Ink is pushed through a fine mesh to produce a bold and thick imprint on bags and t-shirts. Screen printing on bottles creates both sharp lines, fine details and a solid impactful print.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is the newest decorating technique on this list and is created using state of the art full color direct to surface printing technology. With special machines our production team can print full color logos and photos in bright vibrant colors directly on t-shirts, bags, drinkware, tech items and most other product categories. Use our digital printing to create a full color logo and design that leaves an impression on customers and employees.

Pad Print

Pad printing is a traditional spot color imprint method. A rubber stamp picks up the ink and transfers the image onto the products. Pad printing is sometimes used to create a one to four spot color logo on plastic products and can also be used in products with irregular shapes or densities.

Laser

Laser engraving uses a powerful fiber laser generator and focal lens to permanently mark the surface of metal products. The logo is etched into the surface of the produce showing the bright natural color of the metal. Fine detail and bold letters look sharp against a color contrasting background or similar color backgrounds have a classy tone on tone look.

Embroidery

Our high-speed automatic embroidery machines quickly and accurately make multiple color logos out of thousands of individual stands of polyester fiber. Your logo is digitized using specialized computer software and we do not limit the number of stitches allowed in the imprint area!

Heat Transfer

Full color vibrant logos are digitally printed on opaque transfer paper. The logo is then cut out and permanently bonded to the fabric of the bag or t-shirt using heat and pressure making a long-lasting full color logo..

Deboss

A solid metal die is made of your logo and we then heat the die and press it into PU fabric cover on notebooks and folios creating an executive look.
